On March 25, 2024, according to the announcement of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. obtained a patent entitled "Semiconductor device and power off method of semiconductor device", with authorization announcement No. CN109428572B and application date of August 2018.
