Honglin Electric Power has obtained a patent for an electric vehicle AC charging gun, which improves the efficiency of replacing power lines and reduces property losses.



On March 25, 2024, the financial sector reported that, according to the announcement of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, Weihai Honglin Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. had obtained a patent entitled "an AC charging gun for electric vehicles", with the authorization announcement number CN109390708B, and the application date was November 2018.

The patent abstract shows that the present invention discloses an electric vehicle AC charging gun, including a charging gun head and a charging interface. A fixed rod is set at the right position of the lower end of the charging gun head, and a threaded connection column is set at the lower end of the fixed rod. A threaded power line is sleeved at the internal position below the threaded connection column. Because a threaded power line and a threaded connection column are installed, when the fixed power line is damaged or pulled off during charging, the staff rotates the fixing block in the threaded power line to separate the external threaded fixing column in the threaded power line from the internal threaded body of the fixed cone column, and at the same time, the signal column is separated from the signal connection column, so that the threaded power line is connected to the thread. The column rotation separation facilitates the replacement of threaded power lines, avoiding damage to the entire AC charging gun. This not only improves the efficiency of replacing power lines, but also reduces property losses.
