Patent abstract: A pre charging device for a high-voltage bus capacitor of a new energy vehicle, comprising a bidirectional DC-DC conversion circuit, a capacitor voltage sampling circuit, and a controller; The bidirectional DC-DC conversion circuit is coupled between the high-voltage bus capacitor and the charging power supply, and the output end of the capacitor voltage sampling circuit is coupled with the input end of the controller.
